At Leemoll, we are committed to providing a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience, from browsing our selection of desk lamps to the moment your item arrives at your door. This Delivery and Return Policy outlines important information regarding shipping, delivery timeframes, returns, and exchanges.
1. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to a wide range of locations both domestically and internationally. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), or holidays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the weight of the items. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website or promotional emails.
3. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at informationdesk@leemoll.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your desk lamp, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please email us at informationdesk@leemoll.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions, including the return address and any required labels.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong product sent), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the return status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
